Teaching Philosophy:

As a professional in the field of psychology, I bring extensive clinical experience to the classroom while helping students discover the connection between course content and real world situations. My philosophy is to provide the student with a systematic body of understanding about the subject matter that will help to enrich personal relationships and add to future professional success. I focus on critical thinking to help develop life-long learners who can make a positive contribution to society and continually achieve, learn and grow.

  • Elected to the 1992-92 (23rd edition) of Who's Who in the Midwest.: Included in the 1989 edition of The National Distinguished Service Registry: Counseling and Development
  • Elected to the 1986 National Reference Directory of "Who's Who Among Human Services Professionals."
