Other Information:

As a student myself, I worked as a bartender, waiter, janitor and library attendant, sometimes at two jobs at once. Since finishing my Masters degree I have mainly been teaching and doing research. Besides teaching and doing research at the university level, I have served as technical advisor to industry, government and non-profits. In addition I have taught at Oakton Community College since 2001 and worked in Illinois State government as a State Investigator.
