This is an Honors Program class taught in tandem with Contemporary Culture and the Arts (HUM 122). This course focuses on philosophers, visual artists, musicians, filmmakers and fiction writers whose work engages with a range of contemporary environmental ethics issues: relationships between human and nonhuman animals, "land ethics" ad respect for nature, sustainability, ecofeminism, and environmental racism.
Faculty on campus and available to students at designated times.
