This is an Honors Program class taught in tandem with Contemporary Culture and the Arts (HUM 122). This course focuses on philosophers, visual artists, musicians, filmmakers and fiction writers whose work engages with a range of contemporary environmental ethics issues: relationships between human and nonhuman animals, "land ethics" ad respect for nature, sustainability, ecofeminism, and environmental racism.

Incomplete (I) grades from fall 2014 semester for which faculty have not submitted final grades will become an "F" after this date.

Last day to withdraw with a "W" from 16-week courses; Students will receive a grade in all courses in which they are enrolled after March 29.
