Proof of Residency

In order to receive in-district tuition at Oakton Community College, applicants must submit proof of residency for District 535. If you are not a District 535 resident and work full time at 35+ hours per week in the district, please submit the Business Service Agreement form available through either the Admission Office at the Des Plaines Campus or Registration & Records at both campuses.

Note: All visa holders will be charged the Out of State tuition rate and are not eligible to receive in- district tuition using a residential address. If you are on a visa and currently working full time within District 535, you may be eligible to use the Business Service Agreement form.`

F1 International students are not eligible to prove residency or use the Business Service Agreement form.
