Download Forms

The Enrollment Center is now offering students and families the opportunity to download financial aid forms required by Oakton Community College, including the Financial Assistance Information form.

Students will be notified by letter if additional information or documents are needed after the Department of Education processes their FAFSA applications.

For assistance in determining which financial forms to submit, e-mail questions to enrollmentcenter@oakton.edu and include:

  • Full name
  • Student ID number (B Number)
  • Semester(s) for which student is requesting financial aid

Students may also telephone the Enrollment Center at 847.635.1708 or 847.635.1250 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
