The Emerging Leaders Program will be hosting the event Archie Bunkers Neighborhood. Archie Bunkers Neighborhood allows participants to "walk a mile in someone else's shoes". Together we'll explore the negative effects of institutional bias and work to increase our level of awareness and sensitivity to the types of pressure the "in crowd" places on those who find themselves on the "outside looking in".
