This year's Coming Together in Skokie is a community-wide celebration of ancient and contemporary Greek culture. In this lecture, Frances Mitilineos, Ph.D., instructor of history, sheds light on the Byzantine Greek Empire during the reign of Constantine the Great (306-337 CE), the establishment of his capital at Constantinople, his personal religious views, and their effect on Christians and Jews.
