Library & Information Services LIB101 - Research in the Information Age Course presents research strategies necessary to handle information in various formats. Content includes discussion of structure and availability of information; methods to efficiently identify, acquire, evaluate and cite sources of information; and hands-on activities, examination and application of theoretical concepts. Questions about the socio-economic, legal, and ethical issues related to the use of information, including plagiarism, will be addressed. 2 Credit Hours (lecture: 2; lab: 1)
