Oakton Community College offers students who have a need for flexible scheduling the option of registering for courses presented via videotape, audio cassette or CD. Instructor contact is maintained by telephone, e-mail or in person. Students enrolled in media based courses are required to take their exams in the Testing Center. Students must be currently enrolled in the course and must follow the course syllabus to know the dates when tests must be completed. MAKE-UP TESTS

Students who miss a test in class because of an excused absence may make arrangements with the professor to make up the test in the Testing Center. If a student requests a make-up test, and if the professor agrees, the test will be brought to the Testing Center where the student can be monitored while taking the test.

	Students may take tests at either the Des Plaines Campus Room 2409 or the Ray Hartstein Campus, Room A135.
	No appointment is needed during regular testing center hours.
	All students must show a photo I.D. before the test will be administered.
