Beginning
Drawing (ART B02-03) teaches different techniques for drawing
still life and human figures. Seven-week session meets 7 - 10 p.m.,
Mondays, starting April 10, at Niles North High School, 9800 Lawler
Ave., Skokie. Course fee is $135.
Pottery/Ceramics
(ART C06-02) allows students of any skill level to practice pottery
techniques. Eight-week course meets 6:30 - 9 p.m., Tuesdays, starting
April 11, at Maine East High School, 2601 Dempster St., Park Ridge.
Course fee is $150.
Portrait
Drawing and Painting (ART E63-02) explores techniques for
drawing and painting including composition, anatomy, and color. Seven-week
class meets 7 - 9:30 p.m., Wednesdays, starting April 12, at Maine
East High School. Course fee is $110.
Painting
with Oil and Acrylics (ART C35-02) provides the basics for
creating artwork in oil and acrylics. Seven-week course meets 7 -
9:30 p.m., Thursdays, starting April 13, at Niles West High School,
5701 Oakton St., Skokie. Course fee is $110.
Secrets
of the Professional Photographer (ART B87-01) involves advanced
photography methods, including props, shadow and light, and flash.
Four-week class meets 7:30 - 9:30 p.m., Thursdays, starting April
13, at Niles West High School. Course fee is $70.
