Oakton's Alliance Offers Cooking Class
Tantalize your taste buds by enrolling in a summer course offered by the Alliance for Lifelong Learning at Oakton Community College.
Homemade Pasta (HEC F42-32) makes it easy to turn flour, eggs, and water into homemade pasta. Course covers dough technique and flavor combinations. One-week class meets 7 – 9 p.m., Thursday, July 31, at Dream Cakes, 3455 W. Dempster St., Skokie. Course fee is $79.
