Your Brainpower with Crossword Puzzles (REC E88-01) demonstrates
the techniques pros use to solve crossword puzzles. Eight-week course
meets 7 - 8:30 p.m., Tuesdays, starting Sept. 28, at Niles West High
School, 5701 Oakton St., Skokie. Course fee is $69.
Harmonica
in a Flash (MUS C14-01) teaches students how to play the harmonica.
Bring your 10-hole harmonica in the key of C, or buy one at class
for $8. Two-week course meets 2 - 5 p.m., Mondays, starting Oct. 11,
at Oakton's Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie. Course
fee is $70.
Assyrian
I (LSY B01-01) teaches basic Assyrian vocabulary and writing skills.
Eight-week course meets 7:15 - 9:45 p.m., Tuesdays, starting Oct.
5, at Niles West. Course fee is $154.
