and weight control system with your life. Single-session course meets
9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, at Oakton's Ray Hartstein Campus,

Makeover (PSY C21-01) shows how to increase awareness and develop
a new outlook on life through interaction, reflection, and journaling.
Six-week course meets 7 - 9 p.m., Tuesdays, starting Feb. 1, at Niles
West High School, 5701 Oakton St., Skokie. Course fee is $79. An additional
materials fee of $25 is due at the first class session.
Insight Meditation and Mindful Living (PSY C26-01) explores
how to handle stress and strengthen focus and concentration. Wear
loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or exercise mat to
class. Eight-week course meets 7 - 8:30 p.m., Wednesdays, starting
Feb. 2, at Maine West High School, 1755 S. Wolf Road, Des Plaines.
Course fee is $99.
After Atkins, What's Next? (HEA E83-01) demonstrates how to
return healthy carbs to your diet without gaining weight. Four-week
course meets 7 - 8:30 p.m., Tuesdays, starting Feb. 22, at Maine East
High School, 2601 Dempster St., Park Ridge. Course fee is $75.
