Stress Management and Beyond: Wellness as a Way of Life (PSY
S38-02) explores the role stress plays in our lives and offers techniques
to reduce its effects. Four-week class meets 7 - 9 p.m., Wednesday,
starting March 5, at Evanston Township High School, 1600 Dodge Ave.,
Evanston. Course fee is $69. A $6 materials fee is due at the first
class.
Living
on Your Investments (FIN E29-01) identifies options for getting
income and growth from your investments. The instructor is a professional
financial and investment planner who has taught graduate-level personal
financial planning classes. Class meets 7 - 9 p.m., Thursday, March
6, at Glenbrook South High School, 4000 W. Lake Ave. Course fee is
$22.

Dancing to the Oldies (PED S58-01) demonstrates popular dances
done by groups at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and other celebrations.
No partner is needed for this aerobic dance class. Eight-week course
meets 3:45 - 4:45 p.m., Thursday, starting March 6, at the North Shore
Senior Center, 161 Northfield Road, Northfield. Course fee is $112.
