All-American
Cooking (HEC B29-01) explores recipes from New England, the Pacific
Northwest, and New Orleans. Four-week course meets 7 - 9 p.m., starting
Monday, Sept. 27, at Niles North High School, 9800 Lawler Ave., Skokie.
Course fee is $85.
Go
Veggie (HEC B30-01) considers the vegetarian lifestyle as being
better for personal health and the environment. Two-week course meets
7 - 9 p.m., starting Tuesday, Sept. 28, at Maine East High School,
2601 Dempster St., Park Ridge. Course fee is $59.
Dream
Interpretation and Other Methods of Soulwork (PSY C20-01) shows
how to interact with the deep layers of the psyche through dream interpretation
and other methods. Five-week course meets 7 - 9 p.m., starting Tuesday,
Sept. 28, at Glenbrook South High School, 4000 Lake Ave., Glenview.
Course fee is $75.
Attitude
Makeover (PSY C21-01) helps students embark on a journey of self-discovery
by journaling, discussion, and reflection. Six-week seminar meets
7 - 9 p.m., starting Monday, Sept. 27, at Niles North. Course fee
is $79. A $25 materials fee is due at the first class.
Other
cooking and personal growth courses include Cooking with Dave
(four individual classes hosted by Dave Esau, chef and owner of Dave's
Specialty Foods in Mount Prospect), Unlocking Your Purpose
(PSY C24-01), and Flowing through Change (PSY C23-01).

who have registered for continuing education classes within the last
five years, or for a credit course in the last three years, may register
