course designed to help you discover your genuine purpose and passion
in life. Four-week course meets Tuesdays, 7 - 9 p.m., starting Tuesday,
Feb. 6, at Glenbrook South High School, 4000 W. Lake Ave., Glenview.
Course fee is $69.

Gourmet (HEC C32-03) demonstrates how to efficiently plan,
prepare, and store more than a month's worth of healthy and delicious
entrees, side dishes, and snacks. One-week session meets 7 - 9 p.m.,
Tuesday, Feb. 6, at Glenbrook South High School. Course fee is $35.
Using
Herbal Medicines for Winter Wellness (HEA E65-01) introduces
natural remedies and practical ways to stay healthy this winter. One-week
session meets 7 - 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 6, at Maine East High School,
2601 Dempster St., Park Ridge. Course fee is $25.
Treasures
of Paris (ART D12-01) reflects the art, culture, and architecture
experienced by a local art historian on a recent trip to France. One-week
session meets 7 - 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 7, at Niles North High
School, 9800 Lawler Ave., Skokie. Course fee is $20.
