into consumer technologies such as mp3 players and the wireless Internet.

Brain
GymŪ (HEA E63-02) shows how to improve memory, concentration,
organization, writing, reading, and relaxation. The course also helps
individuals develop their brain's neural pathways through physical
activity. Course meets 6:30 - 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, at Maine
East High School, 2601 Dempster St., Park Ridge. Course is $35.
Homemade
Pasta (HEC F58-05) makes it easy to turn flour, eggs, and
water into homemade pasta. Course also covers dough technique and
flavor combinations. Course meets 7 - 9 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, at
Dream Cakes, 3455 W. Dempster St., Skokie. Course fee is $79.
Life-Story Theatre (ART D13-01) helps students weave
memories into a class performance splashed with music, humor, and
truth. Course meets 7 - 9 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, at Evanston Township
High School, 1600 Dodge Ave., Evanston. Course fee is $30.
