with French Braids (HEC B32-01) explores braiding in a fun, friendly
atmosphere. Students should bring their own elastics, beads, and ribbons.

Egg Decorating (ART S65-02) shows how to create exquisite designs
and brilliant patterns for eggs that can decorate your home, office,
or Easter baskets. A $12 materials fee for each child/parent team
is payable at the class session. Course meets 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., Saturday,
March 5, at Oakton's Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Road. Course
fee is $30.
Make
a Candy House with Your Child (HEC B27-01) is a delicious way
to spend an afternoon. All materials are provided; all you add is
imagination. Course meets 1 - 3 p.m., Saturday, March 5, at Oakton's
Des Plaines campus. Course fee is $49.
Mother/Daughter
Jewelry Making (HEC B31-01) shows how to create lovely beaded
jewelry, including a wrap-around bracelet and wrap-around choker.
Course meets 9 - 11 a.m., Saturday, March 19, at the Ray Hartstein
Campus, Skokie. Course fee is $49.
Parent/Child
Origami (ART C40-02) explores the history of this ancient paper
folding art, and allows participants to complete fun and creative
projects at various skill levels. Course meets 1 - 4 p.m., Saturday,
April 9, at Oakton's Des Plaines campus. Course fee is $25.
