What's
Brewing in World News (PSE BO5-74) allows participants to
engage in current events using the daily newspaper as well as The
Week, a magazine featuring news from journals around the world.
Four-week seminar meets Mondays, 10 - 11:15 a.m., starting April 3,
at the Charles G. Frisbie Senior Center, 52 Northwest Highway, Des
Plaines. Course fee is $50.
Oakton's
Emeritus Program offers credit and noncredit courses, lectures, seminars,
and tours, while providing a chance to share learning experiences
with peers age 50 and over.
