Brilliant
Art and Architecture of Natural Wonders (ART T02-61) is a
survey of natural and creative man-made works of beauty and genius.
Topics include the Statue of Liberty, Leonardo da Vinci's Last
Supper, the Florida Everglades, Venice, and Red Square. Four-week
course meets Wednesday, 1 - 2:30 p.m., starting Oct. 24. Course fee
is $60.
Salute
to Visionary Director Robert Altman (HUM C17-61) pays tribute
to the unforgettable filmmaker known for large ensemble casts, overlapping
dialogue, and commentary on American life. Course meets 10 a.m. -
2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27. Course fee is $30.
American Music: Bluegrass to Rock 'n' Roll (MUS B50-64)
covers the influences of various indigenous genres. Course meets 2:30
- 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct 28. Course fee is $15.
