Oakton Emeritus Course Looks at U.S. Foreign Policy

Take a closer look at the implications of America's foreign policy in a new course offered by the Oakton Community College Emeritus Program.

In Search of Monsters: American Foreign Policy at the Dawn of the 21st Century (PSE B11-71) looks at the impact of America's role in international politics. This four-week class meets 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m., starting Wednesday, March 31, at the Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie. Course fee is $50.

Students age 60 and over who reside within Oakton's district pay half-tuition for Emeritus noncredit classes. Those who have registered for an Oakton credit class within the last three years or an Alliance for Lifelong Learning noncredit class within the last five years may register using the Touch-Tone system by dialing 847-635-1616. Touch-Tone registration requires payment using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
