College-bound students seeking financial aid for the 2003-2004 school year are invited to attend a free "FAFSA Completion Day" program on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road.Financial aid professionals from Northwestern University and Oakton Community College will assist families in completing the 2003-2004 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is required for any federal or state financial assistance.
Registration begins at 6:30 p.m., followed at 7 p.m. by concurrent sessions in English, Spanish, and Polish. Students and their parents should bring information and records needed to complete the form, including copies of 2002 income tax forms and bank statements; Social Security cards; and driver's license and immigration cards, if applicable.
This free program is open to the public. Free parking in available in Lot D. For questions, call 847-635-1708 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
