Explore creative and innovative ways to earn a bachelor’s
degree during the Nontraditional College Fair, 4:30
– 6:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 20, at Oakton Community College, 1600
E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.
Many institutions offer adults alternative ways to complete their
bachelor’s degree, from “fast track” and independent
study to life experience credit for those with accomplished careers.
This fair offers solutions for students facing a variety of challenges
to earning a degree.
Sponsored by the Advising and Counseling Center, the Nontraditional
College Fair invites dozens of representatives from Illinois colleges
and universities, including Benedictine University, DePaul University,
Dominican University, Elmhurst College, Governors State University,
Illinois Institute of Technology, National-Louis University, Northeastern
Illinois University, Robert Morris College, Roosevelt University,
and Shimer College.
