Oakton Hosts African American Dance Performance
In celebration of African American Heritage month, Deeply Rooted Productions will present an evening of traditional dance at 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 11, at Oakton Community College's Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Road.
Deeply Rooted Productions is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to expressing the African American performance aesthetic through dance, theater, and educational programs.
Tickets are $14; $13 for students and seniors; and $11 for groups of 15 or more.
