Audition for 'Drawing War' at Oakton
Open auditions for the Performing Arts at Oakton production of Brett Neveu's Drawing War are scheduled 6 - 9 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 30 and Thursday, Jan. 31, at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.
Presented as a staged reading, Drawing War probes the emotional turmoil of a Midwestern family approaching the first anniversary of a tragic death. The director is casting three men and two women of various ages. Candidates may prepare a two-minute monologue or read from the script.
Drawing War will be presented Feb. 23 and 24, at Oakton's Des Plaines campus.
