Auditions Set for 'Joe Egg' at Oakton

Open auditions for the Performing Arts at Oakton production of Peter Nichols' Tony Award-winning play, "Joe Egg," are scheduled 6 - 9 p.m., Monday, Jan. 24, and Tuesday, Jan. 25, at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.

"Joe Egg" is the story of a young couple who use fantasy and humor in coping with their severely handicapped 10-year-old daughter. The director is casting two men and two women in their 30s; one woman in her 60s, and a young girl to play the afflicted daughter.
