Oakton Offers European Holiday Vacation
Start planning now for a winter holiday adventure in Europe, sponsored by Oakton Community College. This annual tour departs in early December.
Begin in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, and take a ride through the charming Alpine town of Oberammergau. View the beautiful towers and pinnacles of Neuschwanstein, Bavaria's most famous castle. Journey to the picturesque valleys in the heart of the Black Forest and head to the provincial capital city of Strasbourg, France, where Roman, French, German, and Alsatian cultures intersect. In Bern, enjoy a tour of the Swiss Parliament and visit the famous Bear Pit.
Throughout the journey, participants will experience breathtaking scenery, guided tours, and shopping at the Christmas markets in Austria, Germany, France, and Switzerland.
