Open Auditions for 'Glass Menagerie' at Oakton
Open auditions for the Performing Arts at Oakton production of The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams are scheduled 6 - 9 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 20 and Thursday, Feb. 21, at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.
This classic Depression-era play centers on the Wingfields, a family drowning in dysfunction and failed expectations. The director is casting two men and two women. Candidates may prepare a two-minute monologue or read from the script.
The Glass Menagerie will be staged April 10 - 13 and April 17 - 20 at Oakton's Des Plaines campus. For more information call 847-635-1901.
