Oakton Offers Free Health Care Info Sessions in April
Students interested in pursuing a career in health care are invited to attend free information sessions during April at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.
Sessions are designed to showcase Oakton's degree and certificate programs in a variety of disciplines. Faculty will be on hand to discuss course requirements and industry trends.
Upcoming health career program info sessions at Oakton include:
- MLT/Phlebotomy, 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 8;
- Medical Billing, Medical Coding, and Medical Transcription, 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 9;
- Physical Therapist Assistant, 6:30 p.m., Thursday, April 17; and
- Nursing, 3 p.m., Wednesday, April 23.
