Broadway Comes Alive at Oakton
Enjoy an afternoon of favorite tunes from the "Great White Way," as the Performing Arts at Oakton presents Jazzy Broadway Brunch. Soprano Eileen Berman takes the stage at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines, at 1 p.m., Sunday, March 26, to perform selections from classic Broadway shows.
Berman is an Oakton adjunct music faculty member who has appeared with the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, Chicago Chamber Orchestra, Chicago Opera Theater, and Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra. She will be joined in this presentation by piano accompanist John Cina and saxophonist Joel Vanderheyden.
Tickets for this performance are $25, which includes a delectable brunch buffet. Reservations are required. For tickets, call the Oakton Box Office at 847-635-1900.
