'Anything Goes' at Oakton Musical Brunch
Bring your appetite for food and song to "Anything Goes," a recital featuring Eileen Berman and John Cina, starting at 1 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 21, at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.
Enjoy a buffet-style brunch, followed by a program of memorable music from the American songbook, Broadway, and opera. Berman is an Oakton adjunct music faculty member who has appeared with the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, Chicago Chamber Orchestra, Chicago Opera Theater, and Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra. Cina is a former director of the Lane Symphony Orchestra.
Tickets are $25, including a delicious brunch buffet. Reservations must be made by Monday, Oct. 15. For more information, call the Oakton Box Office at 847-635-1900.
