College's Technology Careers Open House, 5:30 - 8 p.m., Tuesday,
April 26, at the Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie.
Professionals
from Oakton's technology programs will be available to discuss course
requirements and job trends in fields such as computer and network
systems, design technology, maintenance and manufacturing engineering,
and production technology. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics,
one-third of the 30 fastest-growing jobs are in technology.

The first 100 registrants receive a free gift. Register by April 19
to attend the free seminar, "Home Security: How to Protect Your PC."
