Therapists to Learn Client Engagement Strategies

Oakton Community College and MaineStay Youth and Family Services present "Engaging Difficult Clients: Co-Creating a Therapeutic Climate Ripe for Change," on Thursday, Feb. 5, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This one-day class at Oakton's Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Selekman teaches effective skills in order to extract useful patient information with the intent of aiding in faster and more positive recovery results.

The fee for this class is $55 and includes lunch. Registration is available by mail, fax, or in person at the Des Plaines campus and Ray Hartstein Campus, 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., Skokie.
