Futuristic Feminisms: Visionary Perspectives Across the Disciplines

Join friends and colleagues from a wide range of disciplines, backgrounds, and institutions as we explore Futuristic Feminisms: Visionary Perspectives Across the Disciplines. This one-day conference will present work by academics, scientists, activists, writers, and artists that examines future directions of feminism and Women’s and Gender Studies through diverse lenses. Highlights of the day include a keynote by award-winning spoken word poet and activist Kelly Zen-Yie Tsai, as well as a plenary panel featuring Teresa Woodruff, Ph.D., director of the Women’s Health Research Institute at Northwestern University.
