Joan Richards has over 30 years of experience in human resources leadership, and her background spans both manufacturing and service industries. Richards has led significant HR functions such as recruiting and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. She has led these functions with Wheels Inc., Sara Lee Corporation, and Promus Hotels Corporation. She has a B.S. from Virginia Tech, an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and an Ed.D. from National Louis University in adult education.
