Cold readings and contemporary comedic monologues less than two minutes in length will be heard. No appointment necessary. Monologues need not be memorized. Roles are available for two women in their 40s to 50s and five males ages 20 to 50s.
This farce, set in rural Georgia, focuses on the difference between what people say when they think no one is listening and what they say in public. Written in 1984, the play skewers the two faces of the “moral majority” and roasts them over a growing fire of revelatory comedy.
