Distinguished Speaker: Lawrence C. (Larry) Cioffi
Senior Project Executive, IBM Global Services

Larry Cioffi is currently the IBM executive responsible for all aspects of the information technology strategic outsourcing services relationship between a large telecommunications corporation and IBM, including contract negotiations and fulfillment, service delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Over the past ten years, Larry has led teams in the delivery of information technology outsourcing solutions to clients within the Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment, Energy and Utility Services, Aerospace and Insurance industries.

Larry joined IBM’s Corporate Headquarters Information Systems staff in 1980 as a business systems programmer-analyst in Harrison, NY. In all, he has over twenty-four years experience delivering information technology solutions within IBM and to IBM clients.

A native of New York City, Larry is a graduate of Iona College, New Rochelle, NY, where he received a BA in Computer and Information Sciences in 1981 and an MBA in 1988. He also holds the Project Management Professional certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
