Use this form to assist IT in deleting old WebCT classes or remove your ID from a class as the primary designer.

  • Integrated course shells used for active courses will be automatically deleted after 2 semesters.
  • Primary designers will not be removed from integrated classes.
  • There are links below to help you determine the real filenames and titles of courses to be affected. If you make up a title or filename/ID, the request will not be completed.
  • Development classes will generally not be deleted until they appear to have been abandoned and IT confirms with the designer.
  • It is STRONGLY recommended that you backup AND download to a local drive any class to be deleted before you submit your request. Restoring individual classes from the server backup tape is not always a reasonable option.
  • You may submit up to 3 classes at a time. Fill out the form again for additional classes.

Faculty should always feel free to consult with IT staff if they have special needs or questions about any of the Online Course Action Request forms.
