Use this form to update user accounts for your online courses or to submit requests that don't fall into any of the other action form categories

  • Co-designer and TA IDs
    • IDs are the same as the user's Oakton email address (not including the "@oakton.edu")
    • One course per action request form
  • All ID requests must be for a single specified class
    • Exception: Student view IDs can be added to multiple classes using the fields provided in that section of the form.

Faculty should always feel free to consult with IT staff if they have special needs or questions about any of the Online Course Action Request forms.
