You dial into your ISP (not into Oakton), which becomes your connection or conduit to the rest of the Internet. Once connected to your ISP, you can reach any website in the world, including those operated by Oakton.

If you find you have difficulty “surfing” to any web site, first check your connection with your ISP. Difficulties with ISP’s can include slow connections, disconnections, complete inability to connect, and many other problems.
