Instructional Media Services has its own in-house AV repair and maintenance area. Our technician has over 20 years of AV/electronic experience. We keep an inventory of spare parts, maintain comprehensive records on all equipment, and are able to service most equipment in our Des Plaines Campus maintenance area.

If the equipment in your classroom malfunctions, please contact us immediately. We can often rectify problems immediately, or we can bring you substitute equipment. Seeing the actual problem as it occurs can help us in diagnosing it.
