If you are using a computer at the college, please use the campus scheduling software to complete your request, do not use these forms.

These forms should only be used if you are off-campus (at home, another work location, vacation, etc.) and need to request a room or lab. These forms add several extra steps to the request process; if at all possible, please use the campus scheduling software.

If your meeting or event is related in any way to Professional Development, please contact the Center for Professional Development (CPD) by email at cpd@oakton.edu or call 847.635.1614 (x1614) for assistance.  CPD will coordinate your room or computer lab request, as well as any additional requirements you may have.

You may request rooms for special events or meetings at either the Des Plaines or Skokie campus.

Reminder: using this form may result in a slight delay in the scheduling process.

Room requests should be made at least two weeks in advance of the desired date. If your event requires the use of deluxe facilities (such as rooms 1610, 1608, 1606, 1604, the Board Room, A145, A152), please make your room request as soon as you know the date required.

If your request form indicates that your event requires the services of Facilities or Instructional Media Services, a space arrangement form will be sent to you with the confirmation of your room request.

Meeting

Single event or short-term computer lab reservations. Events with guests or special software require a minimum of four weeks advance notice.

Reminder: using this form may result in a slight delay in the scheduling process.

Classes needing regular lab meeting time components not scheduled at the time the full class was scheduled may also request time with this form.

Arrow Use the electronic Food Service Arrangement Form to order menu items selected from the Catering Menu. If your department requires an administrator to sign the request form, print a copy of the Food Service Arrangement Form, have your administrator sign it, and return the form via interoffice mail to Terri Quam at the Information Desk.
If your department does not require an administrator to sign the request form, you may submit your request electronically. Food orders must be made at least two weeks in advance of the date of your event. Cancellations will only be accepted with 24-hour advance notice.
