- In Netscape
go to Address Book and click on Personal Address Book. If you’re printing only one mailing list click
on the list.

- Choose File,
Export, and then choose Comma Separated (*.csv). Name and save file
where you will be able to locate it easily.

- Open Excel.
Choose File, Open and find the .csv file.
When you open it the names and email addresses will appear in
the spreadsheet. Some adjustment will be needed for columns and/or information.
