4. Preferred Login ID:
Login ID's will be used for computer access and e-mail purposes. The standard for creating a Log in ID needs to be the first initial of the first name + the first seven letters of the person's last name

All requests will be confirmed with the division / department office. After the account has been created, a memo with attachments on how to log in and how to access e-mail will be mailed to the user.
