SDC recognizes the hard work of staff and the many contributions staff make to the College. SDC strives to provide programs that will make all staff feel more productive and better about our staff contributions to Oakton. This includes learning new things, discovering ways to enhance daily work, and participating in programs to build community.

NIN's mission is to provide and support professional development activities and networking opportunities which will enhance job performance, personal growth, and social interaction among Northern Illinois community colleges' staff employees.
