Welcome to my Oakton home page. I have been a professor of English at Oakton since 1988, teaching composition and literature courses. My specialty is business and technical writing, and I function as the Coordinator for those courses. I have worked as an editor in various businesses and industries, so I understand the special parameters of these environments. I have been privileged to work with some wonderful human beings who have taught me to honor not only clarity and productivity, but, most importantly, respect and integrity in our business communication.
