Prenatal and Infant Resource Search

This assignment is designed to assist you in developing a list of resources aiding prenatal and infant care.  The sites you will “research” should provide services and/or programs to new families and can meet any need you think of:

For this assignment, you are to locate 3 sources on the internet, which are local to you.
There are many places to look, which include but not limited to: hospitals, day care centers, birthing centers, health clubs, organized classes, government agencies
Note:  If you are looking for sources, Chicago Parent Magazine is a great source of information on the subject.

Things to look for and address in your write up of each site:
1. What is the goal/ purpose of this agency/program?  Include a brief history of the agency.
2. What specific services does this agency/program provide?  How will this benefit the family/parent/child?
3. What are the hours of operation?  How long is the program/service provided?
4. What are the costs (if any)?
5. What do you specifically like about this agency/program?  Why?
6. List any dislikes or unanswered questions from web site or a phone call.
7. Any other information that you feel is important
8. Remember to write in the URL so others may access this site.
