All is fair in word.
Word is something said.
A brief remark to say.
In word, a sound can play.
But word can changed with time.
The meaning none can see.
The text it'll leave behind.
Is just a figure of speech.
Yes all is fair in word.
An assurance that went away.
The writer with poison pen.
Rewrote the words again.
Then all in word is fair.
It's a phrase... a slang.
An expression or a clause.
A combination of vocal sounds.
With vowels and consonants.
And when the word is so told.
You either win or lose.
When all were said away.
Go blame the CIA.
