the school to the site. If you are going to be absent, call the nursing
office at 635-1720.

Presbyterian Home, McGaw Health Care Center,

Be there at 7:30.
- Take Golf Road east, past Skokie Blvd. to Crawford Ave. Turn
left (north) on Crawford. Turn right (east) on Grant St. You
will see tennis courts on your right. Turn right into the parking
lot after the tennis court and park in the spaces to your left. Meet
the instructor in the lobby of the McGaw Health Care Center. The
building is labeled. It is on your right as you enter the driveway
off of Grant Street.***Older Adult Setting

-Take Willow or Lake Ave. to Pfingsten (It is west of Waukegan Rd).
Go north on Pfingsten. Turn right on Techny (first light north of
Willow). You will see Covenant Village on your right about 1/2 block
from Pfingsten, right after the YMCA. Meet your instructor
in the lobby. ***Older Adult Setting

Take Central about 1 mile west of Northwest Highway. It is on the south
side of the street. The entrance has a white wooden fence.
Stop at the guard house and ask for directions to the health center.
(Turn right at the second street and you will see it on your left.)
Park in the parking lot near the health center or across the street from
it. Meet your instructor in the entrance to the health center.***Older

-Take Golf Rd west to River Rd. Go north (right) past Central
Rd. You will see a blue sign on the west side of the street that
says Maryville Educational Center. Turn left (west) at that sign
onto Providence St. The first building on your right is the Hanley
Development Center. The Head Start program is located there.
Meet the instructor inside the entrance.

Holy Family Hospital Child Care Center
in Holy Family Hospital on the corner of Golf Rd and River Rd in Des Plaines.

From Oakton Community College, go west on Golf Rd. Turn right
or north on River Rd. Turn left into the parking lot at Nazareth
Rd (first traffic light). Follow the driveway and turn left into
the parking lot. You will see a sign that says "Drop Off Area" next
to one of the buildings. This sign is next to the door of the
child care center. Meet your instructor at the door. Don't
be late!

Make sure you go to the Head Start Classroom, not the Day Care.
Meet your instructor in the lobby of the Township building.Wear street

Rd to Algonquin Rd. Turn right on Algonquin Rd. Then turn right
on Quentin Rd. Keep going past Euclid. The Township building is on the

Algonquin Road. Turn right on Algonquin Rd. Then turn right

Turn Left on Greenview Ave. You will see the building on your
right. Park on the street. Car pool with other people in your

Rd. Turn left on Barrington Rd and drive about 3 miles to Irving
Park Rd. Turn right on Irving Park Rd. After about one mile,
turn left on McKool Ave. Turn left on Briarwood Ave. Turn right

From Oakton, go east Golf. Turn right on Milwaukee. Turn
left on Dempster and go east to Chicago Ave. Turn left on Chicago.
Homeless Connections is in the church on the northwest corner of Lake St
and Chicago. Facing the church, go to the right, between the church
and the building next to it. There is a door on the wall near the
back of the church. Meet your instructor there. Wear street clothes.
