The Alliance for Lifelong Learning (ALL) offers continuing education
for residents, employers and employees of the community who desire
to take classes without having to enroll in formal college-level courses.

Basic
Nurse Assistant Training Room

The Basic Nurse Assistant Training (BNAT) curriculum offers
a basic study of principles and procedures used by the nurse
assistant in long-term care, home health settings and hospitals,
focusing on basic human needs and care of the elderly.

Early Childhood Education Center

The Early
Childhood Education Demonstration Center, which is part of the
Early Childhood Education academic program,
provides:
a full-day program for children, ages 3 to 5
a part-day program for children, ages 3 to 5
The Center does not provide "drop-in" care.

Emeritus is a credit and non-credit program designed for persons
over the age of 50 who are seeking the challenge and intellectual
stimulation of a unique learning experience.
Emeritus programs include:
College credit classes
Non-credit classes
Seminars and lectures such as Passport to the World, Passages, and
weekend classes
Humanities Treasures discussion groups (off campus)

ESL/Literacy/GED/VITA Program Room B111,

Oaktons English as a Second Language (ESL) and Literacy programs
are located at the Ray Hartstein campus. Students seeking information
regarding non-credit English as a Second Language classes or literacy
classes for either American-born or ESL students can obtain brochures
and class schedules and talk with ESL staff. In addition, anyone interested
in volunteering to tutor adults in ESL or reading (the VITA
program) is encouraged to discuss this with staff.

The Student Activities Office at the Ray Hartstein Campus and the Des Plaines Campus:
Provides a wide variety of programs and services to enhance the college experience for all college students.
Promotes a social environment in which students will be encouraged and challenged.

Provides a connection to the College's athletic and intramural program as well as the Performing Arts.

Student Leaders RHC is a student organization that represents the student voice at the Ray Hartstein Campus. Members take an active role in planning, programming, and carrying out events, in identifying issues and needs, and in the development of student life on the campus.
